At Merch Body Soul, every product is made to order — crafted specifically for you after your purchase. This lets us deliver truly personalised, high-quality pieces for our community. Please read below to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all our products are manufactured on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or errors in customisation instructions provided by the customer. Made-to-order items cannot be restocked or resold, so we appreciate your careful attention when placing an order.
That said, if the mistake is ours — we'll make it right, no questions asked.
If you receive a product with the wrong size, design, or colour due to an error on our end, we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you. Simply write to us at info@merchbodysoul.in with a clear description of the issue and supporting photos or a video.
For size discrepancy claims, here's what to do:
Lay the product flat on a plain surface and measure the relevant dimension (e.g., chest width from armpit to armpit for a t-shirt) using a ruler or measuring tape. Take clear, well-lit photos that show the measurement visibly. Please keep in mind that a tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel manufacturing.
If photos don't capture the issue clearly enough, a short video in the same format works just as well. Once we verify the discrepancy, your replacement will be on its way promptly.
Size or fit issues not caused by our error?
We still want to help. In such cases, we can arrange a replacement at a partial cost to you — typically well below the original product price — covering reprinting, reshipping, and associated overhead. Reach out to us via email and we'll send you a payment link to get things moving.
Cancellations
All orders placed with Merch Body Soul are considered final once production begins. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@merchbodysoul.in — the sooner, the better.
- If your order has not yet entered production, we'll do our best to accommodate modifications or cancellations.
- If production has already commenced, we're unable to make any changes or process a cancellation, as the item is being made exclusively for you.
Refunds
In the rare event that a cancellation is accepted — or if we are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances — a full refund will be initiated through the same payment method used at checkout, via our trusted payment gateways, Razorpay and Cashfree.
You'll receive a refund confirmation with a reference ID at your registered email address. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 banking days. If you don't see the amount credited after this period, please contact your bank or card issuer and quote the RRN ID provided in your refund email for a swift resolution.
