Shipping policy

At Merch Body Soul, we're dedicated to getting your order to you smoothly and on time. Here's everything you need to know:

Delivery Partners & Timelines We work with trusted courier partners — including Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and Xpressbees — to deliver across India. Most urban orders are delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order (for orders placed before 12 PM). Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and the Northeastern states may take 12–14 business days due to geographic distance.

Business days exclude Sundays, public holidays, festivals, and any local disruptions such as strikes or agitations. While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays caused by courier operations are beyond our control. Rural or remote locations outside standard courier coverage may also experience longer delivery windows.

Order Processing Please allow 3–4 business days for processing after your order is placed. During high-demand periods, this may extend by a day or two — we're a small, passionate team and appreciate your patience.

Processing covers printing, stitching, quality checking, packaging, and courier handover. Our production cycle begins at 12 PM each day, so orders placed after 12 PM are typically queued for the following day.

For All-Over-Print (AOP) products, processing takes 5–6 days, as the fabric is printed in sections and then carefully stitched into the final piece.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. Use it anytime to check your parcel's status. If you don't receive a tracking link, write to us at info@merchbodysoul.in and we'll sort it out promptly.

Ensuring Successful Delivery: To avoid any hiccups, please make sure your delivery address, landmark details, and mobile number are accurate at the time of placing your order. The delivery agent will call you directly before arriving — please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Please note that we're unable to intervene if a delivery attempt is missed, as courier agents make a limited number of attempts. In case of a failed delivery, the parcel will be returned to us, and a re-dispatch will take a similar amount of time.
