Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan India. Deliveries to urban areas are typically faster.

Where are the products made?
Our products are made at various locations across India.

What printing methods do you use?
  • Cotton and Cotton-Blend Items: We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, where vibrant water-based inks are sprayed directly onto the fabric.
  • Polyester-Based Products: We use All-Over Printing (AOP) or sublimation techniques, printing the fabric first, then cutting and sewing it into the final product.
  • Paper Products: We use digital printers with professional-grade inks for high-quality prints.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Standard Orders: 8-10 business days in most urban areas of India.
  • Northeastern States, Jammu and Kashmir: 12-14 business days.
  • All-Over-Printed Items: 12-14 business days due to additional production steps. Business days exclude Sundays, public holidays, and local disruptions. Deliveries to rural areas may take an additional 1-2 days.

Where can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link provided after processing.

May I get a tracking number?
Yes, a tracking number will be provided once your order is processed (typically 4-5 business days). If missing, email info@merchbodysoul.com with your order number.

Will you email me when my order is shipped?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another when it is dispatched.

How can I pay?
We use Razorpay. You can pay using credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, etc. Cash on delivery is also available.

What if I type the wrong address or phone number?
Email info@merchbodysoul.com to update the details. However, once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address. Ensure correct details when placing orders.

Shipping charges & taxes
Shipping charges and GST are included in the product price.

My account was debited but I didn’t receive order confirmation
Check your junk/spam folders. If not received, your payment may has been unsuccessful.

Wrong design/color received due to our mistake
Email a clear picture of the incorrect product and your order number to info@merchbodysoul.com. We will send a free replacement.

Wrong size received due to our mistake
If the received size differs from our size chart:
  1. Measure the chest from armpit to armpit.
  2. Send clear pictures with your order number to info@merchbodysoul.com. We will validate and send a free replacement.

Order status shows 'delivered' but I haven't received it
Check with security personnel, neighbors, or colleagues. Wait an extra business day, then email us at info@merchbodysoul.com if the package is still missing.

Need courier delivery person phone number
We don't have direct contact with the courier staff. Wait for a call from the courier or contact the courier company's customer care.

Not delivered on time
Delays can occur due to weather, strikes, holidays, etc. We appreciate your patience.

I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested
Orders cannot be canceled after the product is printed.

Why do some products look different from pictures on the website?
Digital representations may slightly differ from the final product due to printing variations. Minor color differences and variations in design details are possible.

Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?
Yes, we frequently update our product lineup. Follow us on social media for updates.
